JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

• The Southern Region is seeking a Open Order Superintendent

• The successful candidate must have the ability to lead and direct the performance of field operations for all maintenance and contractual service

Specific responsibilities for this position includes:

• Field education training

• Route control and scheduling

• Authorization of repair orders

• Quality assurance and the customer, safety, technical support, and expenditure of labor materials and other assets

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS:

• BA/BS degree w/4-7+ years experience

• MA/MS degree w/2-5+ years experience

• Elevator experience of greater than five years required

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

• Field experience is preferred

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment

• Self-motivated individuals who have the ability to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
