The Onsite Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for providing client site support to the talent acquisition process lifecycle, from candidate attraction to post-hire activities. Additionally, the Onsite Recruitment Coordinator facilitates a variety of onsite logistical, relationship management, and customer service activities to service a client program or team.

The Onsite Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for providing client site support to the talent acquisition process lifecycle, from candidate attraction to post-hire activities. Additionally, the Onsite Recruitment Coordinator facilitates a variety of onsite logistical, relationship management, and customer service activities to service a client program or team.
Onsite Client and Candidate Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with current and potential hiring leaders as an onsite representative
- Manage candidate and client onsite communications
- Utilize client location knowledge and discretion to coordinate set-up of interview rooms, including materials distribution, and act as a recruitment contact during interview process
- Meet and greet interviewers and candidates, including briefing candidates with a review of the role, interview format, and client details
- Facilitate and grow professional relationships with local universities/colleges and technical programs as well as other resources to share client career paths and hiring needs
- Assist in the creation of recruitment marketing plans specific to client location with local recruitment and candidate generation expertise
- Assist with onboarding processes, including new hire forms, new employee orientation presentations, etc., as well as offboarding processes
- Showcase a high level of understanding and become fully engrained in the client organization including relationships with client stakeholders and organizational structure to further demonstrate “We Become You”
Education:
- High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of two or more years’ experience with managing contingent workforce hiring activities, RPO or agency setting.
- Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM and social media tools.
- Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
