Overview:
If you can answer yes to these questions, Idaho Central Credit Union may have an opportunity ideally suited for you as a Online Relationship Agent.
As an Online Relationship Agent, you are responsible to work loan and deposit applications originated through the on-line channel and to cross-sell additional Credit Union products and services. In addition, you are responsible for interviewing and qualifying members for consumer loans and other products within the requirements of the policies established by the Credit Union, ensuring member satisfaction through courteous, accurate, and efficient service, and being responsible for mentoring Hire Ahead Financial Service Officers.Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred. 1-3 years sales experience preferred. Lending experience preferred. The ability to work under pressure while staying organized for optimal performance. Excellent communication and people skills are a necessity. Must be able to achieve minimum monthly sales expectations established by the Member Relationship Manager. Be professional and courteous in manner, while focused on quality, and quantity of work performed. Be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.
Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.). Sit for extended periods of time. Lift 20-40 pounds of applicable supplies including but not limited to copy paper, cash drawers, marketing material, etc. Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers. Reach keyboards. Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).

Effectively communicate over the phone, through text message, and through email in a professional, accurate, and timely manner with members by setting clear expectations throughout the loan process.- Conduct thorough application interviews with members and non-members to assess risk.
- Cross sell Credit Union products and services, and maintain acceptable levels of Sales goals.
- Continuous focus on meeting all Net Promoter Score goals, Eagle Service standards and ISS goals.
- Uncover member’s current and financial goals: consumer loans (autos, RVs, signature loans, Home Equities, etc), home mortgages, business products.
- Mentor Hire Ahead (HAH) Financial Service Officers (FSO) as they transition from FSO Academy into their role as FSOs. This includes application reviews with HAH FSOs, answering HAH FSO questions, assisting with motivating HAH FSOs, and assisting HAH FSOs with any additional training required prior to entering their permanent roles.
- Work all team member consumer loan and deposit applications except for those that go through indirect lending.
- Assign applications originated on-line to the ORA and HAH FSO team through the LOS and the CRM.
- Engage in a positive culture that fosters Credit Union values within the Member Relationship Department.
- Assist with additional Member Relationship Department duties as necessary.
