Office/Warehouse Assistant

Our company is a leader in the retail petroleum equipment industry providing sales and service. We are looking to make an addition to our office staff. This will be a full time position. Applicants experienced in a distribution or warehouse environment or stock room strongly preferred. Generates shipping documentation for outgoing materials to vendors and products to customers. Will be processing parts for company vehicle stock, sales to customers and inventory control. Will be processing part returns to determine eligibility of warranties. Ability to operate office equipment such as computer, calculator, copier, and fax machine. Must possess strong computer skills, with proficiency in latest Microsoft software. Demonstrated written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to deal with fellow employees, customers and vendors. Strong organizational ability and detail orientation. Knowledge of FedEx, UPS and other common carriers. Strong prioritization skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
