Job Description
Overview:

IST Management is a rapidly growing business process outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in providing solutions for the management of digital and physical information through Facilities Management, eDiscovery, and Electronic Document Management services. This is a full-time, direct-hire position. This position is supporting sites in the Minneapolis/St.Paul area with the majority of the time spent downtown at two locations on South 6th St. Great opportunity for an entry level applicant to learn how our company supports our clients in their office services departments. This position will train at sites to cover employees' PTO or provide additional labor for special projects.


Schedule:
Regular business hours Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM depending on location with occasional overtime.


Compensation:
While the compensation for this position is dependent upon the candidate’s experience/qualifications, the compensation for this position will be $16.00 to $17.00 an hour.


NOTE:

Responsibilities:
  • Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Typing correspondence, filing, copying, data entry, sorting mail and other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Shipping & Receiving
  • Ordering supplies
  • Updating employee lists
  • Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs to customers
  • Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paper
  • Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
  • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
  • Participate in cross-training
  • Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
  • Adhere to all safety procedures
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Customer Service and a "Servant's Heart"
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
  • Reliable transportation to and from work as not all sites are accessible via mass transit
  • Lifting up to 55 pounds
