Job Description

We are a textile recycling company looking for an office manager/front desk receptionist.

Looking for a friendly, adaptable, and motivated individual who is able to work in a fast paced environment.

Position consists of but may vary:

-Manage HR coordination and maintain records and documentation for staff.

-Research project based work and help arrange meetings and conferences.

- Format documents and reports, data entry, will help Handle shipping/receiving paperwork as requested.

-Coordinate purchasing & procuring supplies for office & warehouse.

-Maintain a working relationship with warehouse supervisors to maintain data & performance reports.

-General clerical duties: answer and transfer calls, making copies, scanning, filing, faxing, emails etc.

-Be able to run errands when needed.

-Motivated and a self starter.

-Full time position.

-Mon - Friday 6:45am-3:45pm

-Must be able to communicate effectively and work in a team environment

-Must adapt to a fast paced environment

-Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required

-Shipping and receiving experience (not required but preferred)

-Ability to multitask

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office

-Must have reliable transportation

-High School diploma/GED Required; College Education Preferred but not needed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 /hour DOE

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Houston, TX 77023: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
  • Administrative experience: 2 years (Required)
  • Office Managers: 1 year (Preferred)
