Fast paced and established specialty clinic located in Plano, Tx is
seeking an experienced office manager to help the organization continue
to grow as the market leader. We offer exemplary patient care and the
successful candidate for this position will display high levels of

and emotional intelligence.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
*Leads employees to accomplish all job objective; inspires confidence and motivation;
clearly defines expectations and maintains personal effectiveness under pressure.
* Manages daily operation of the office to maximize patient access, patient satisfaction, and collection of payments
* Hold staff accountable for following employee handbook guidelines
* Supervise all staff in a physically present and approachable manner
* Handle human resources responsibilities including, but not
limited to: hiring, onboarding, performance feedback, disciplinary actions, PTO request, etc.
*Manage, lead, and participate in process improvement activities
*Ensure cleanliness of office space and liaise with facility management vendors including cleaning and maintenance
*Identify and resolve work problems to ensure quality patient care
*Monitors and controls office expenditure within approved budget
*Monitor billing and collections of Plano office staff
*Investigate and reconcile patient complaints
*Assist and support staff when there is an overflow of patients or call volume
Performance Requirements:
Knowledge:
* Knowledge of principles and practices of health care planning and
management sufficient to manage, direct, and coordinate the operation of a
health care organization.
* Knowledge of the purposes, organization, and policies of the community's
health systems sufficient to interact with other health care providers.
* Knowledge of the policies and procedures of a clinic sufficient to
direct its operations and to provide effective patient care.
Skills:
* Skill in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion,
and real time decision making to achieve organizational objectives.
* Skill in analyzing situations accurately and taking effective action.
* Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
with employees, patients, and the public.
* Skill in organizing work, making assignments, and achieving goals and
objectives.
* Skill in exercising judgment and discretion in developing, applying,
interpreting, and coordinating departmental policies and procedures.
Abilities:
* Ability to assume responsibility and exercise authority over assigned staff
Work functions.
* Ability to establish and maintain quality control standards.
* Ability to organize and integrate organizational priorities and
deadlines.
*Ability to communicate effectively with Group Practice Administrator
and Physicians providing regular updates on operations and discussing any
concerns or issues.
