Our local company is looking to hire a dynamic, friendly, customer centric individual to be responsible for the general operation of our office.

The Ideal Candidate will be:
Efficient, punctual and well organized
Detail-oriented, A Problem solver, Takes initiative/ownership, self-starter, Professional, personable and positive
Computer and technology proficiency. Strong competency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) Google Office Suite and ZOHO. General comfort in learning and using technology, Financial and marketing background preferred. Willingness to take on any task

Responsibilities:
Overseeing general office operation.
Greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers.
Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
Supervising, delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
Maintaining proper inventory stock levels.
Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new quotes and invoices

  • Provide excellent customer service for all company/brand solutions.
  • Effectively troubleshoot company/brand solutions in the retail store.
  • Provide superior customer service by

o Helping design and confirm solution layouts with customer.
o Return calls to the office regarding any customer concerns immediately to FTS and Sales Support.
o Solicit and collect customer referrals, endorsement letters and Google and Facebook Reviews.
o Consistently deliver friendly, positive and professional service at all times.
o Offer and sell additional solutions to consumers.
o Be an Ambassador for company/brand by actively generating referrals, leads and appointments with every customer contact

Warmly greet visitors (phone, occasionally in person), provide general office support, and keep the office tidy & presentable

Provides administrative support to sales and owner.
Generates daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports that provide key department metrics
Process & document customer payments
Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures
Manage/Track/Order office supplies, collateral, apparel, and miscellaneous assets
Point person for office maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, and equipment
Assist & collaborate with co-workers from all markets to work together as a unified team to provide support company-wide.

Job Type: - 30 hours per week
Schedule:
6-7 hour shift

Monday to Friday
