Job Description
Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking an office manager and bookkeeper in our showroom office. This valued team member handles tracking new sales, billing, filing, and support duties for our busy team of kitchen remodelers. The role will be a full time position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain new contract database
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Tracking commissions for salespeople
- Creating monthly KPI reports for production performance, sales tracking, cash management, etc
- Manage invoicing and job costing through CRM software
- Creating invoices for customers and scan in order details
- Reconciling Quickbooks online with CRM software
- Other administrative duties to support owner
Ideal Skills:
- Quickbooks online experience
- Bill.com
- CRM and project management tools
- Maintains a payable processing system, matching vendor invoices with purchase orders, codes each invoice, and submits them to the franchisee/sales manager for final approval for payment.
