Job Description
Tru Fit Athletic Clubs is currently seeking a Full Time Membership Auditor to be stationed out of the Corporate Office in McAllen, TX.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Ensuring compliance with established internal procedures by examining new memberships, reports, operating practices and documentation.
Completes audits by documenting and submitting findings to the appropriate Managers.
Communicates audit findings by preparing a mid-month and final report
Maintains a professional and technical knowledge by attending any and all company trainings to ensure any new implementation is being followed company wide.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements include but are not limited to:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge in office equipment such as fax machine, scanners, telephones and computers.
The ideal candidate shall have an interest in looking further into accounts to ensure any and all memberships are error free. Auditors should have great communication skills & attention to detail.
