Role Summary – Office & Events Coordinator
Redbridge DTA is looking for a full-time Office & Events Coordinator to plan events and ensure day-to-day office needs are met. This role will serve as the first point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders, functioning as an intermediary. This role is a great opportunity for a dedicated, reliable individual that is looking for a fast-paced, international team. We are seeking an energetic professional who thrives in a wide range of tasks and is able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Events Planning
- Will own office engagement and plan company in person and virtual events for the US Team
- Plan and organize monthly and holiday events for US team
- Will contribute to the development of global employee engagement
- Will be an active member of the Conference Committee
- Coordinate with vendors to set up conference booths and purchase supplies
- Ship conference materials to conference site
- Register employees for events
- Set up and assist in booth management
- Organize travel itineraries for flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Office Support
- Facilitate and own escalations in coordination with HR Manager
- Assist managers with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Assist in the preparation of reports or documents
- Assist with annual audits
- Supplier Management: Liaise with vendors and providers
- Manage cell phone business account
- Update office on announcements such as holidays, events, and office/building closures
- Greet guests and provide general support to visitors
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls
- Maintain an electronic and paper filing system
- Order and stock office supplies
- Act as primary contact for building (mail, parking, maintenance, etc.)
- Ensure office, kitchen, and meeting rooms are maintained
- Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
- Other Support
- Will provide other support as required, including supporting US and Global HR functions

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an administrative or office admin
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Experience providing support to executive/C-suite level customers is a plus.
- HR experience a plus
Location & Working Conditions
Requires in-office located at 712 Main St. Suite #1820 Houston, TX 77002
Hybrid – 3 days a week
Standard professional office environment.
