Job Description

The Office Coordinator is responsible for the daily administrative and clinical operations of the department as they relate to clerical and medical assisting staff. In support of the hospital and practice’s mission to provide high quality, personalized medical care, the Office Coordinator performs general managerial duties. May include documentation into the Electronic Medical record, communication with patients, health care providers and pharmacies. Works with considerable independence.

Job Requirements

Associates degree, or equivalent experience. One to two years medical office management or executive assistant experience with a focus on patient flow and customer service. Supervisory experience preferred.
