SmileArts Dental, the area’s leading dental practice, has an immediate opening for Office Coordinator. SmileArts Dental is a state-of-the-art paperless practice utilizing the latest in technology giving our patients the absolute best in dental care. This full-time position is located in our Oklahoma City office, Tuesday through Friday, and never any weekends! Required Skill Set

  • Thorough understanding of dentistry, 1+ years of experience mandatory.
  • Proficient in Eaglesoft dental software.
  • Dental Treatment Planning expertise is required.
  • Insurance billing experience, sequencing of treatment, etc.
  • Organized, detail oriented, self-motivated.
  • Must be a team-oriented individual, fast learner, and adaptive.
  • Adhere to all office policy and procedure.
  • Most of all, an excited outgoing personality who understands the demands of excellent customer service.
  • High emotional IQ.

Responsibilities Include

  • Regular patient consultations discussing doctors prescribed treatment.
  • Liaison between insurance carriers, patients and staff to resolve any financial hesitations.
  • Assists designated team members with insurance and treatment planning processes.
  • Insurance verification.
  • Treatment Plan accuracy in regards to maximizing benefits plus providing adequate care.
  • Advanced phone skill set.
  • Appointment maintenance and scheduling.
  • Work ahead to capture all future possible patient treatment needs.
  • Maintain patient flow by keeping front desk and clinical staff on task.
  • Work as a conduit for practice leadership in maximizing day to day operations.
  • Other duties as required.

Compensation

  • Negotiable hourly position dependent on experience, education, and skill set. SmileArts Dental is very competitive in the dental industry in terms of total package compensation.

Job Type: 4 days, 35hr/week

Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers that are not actively receiving treatment must wear a mask, all employees are to wear a mask at all times, clockwork cleaning procedures are in place.
