Job Description

Manage the day to day office operations of a small volume custom builder. Work will include basic administrative duties as well as project-specific office support for active construction projects.

Much of the project coordination involves entering proposal data into an online project management system for approval. Ordering materials once they are approved and tracking/verifying arrival.

There is always a variety of responsibilities and new tasks inherent in a small business. We are looking for a detail-oriented problem solver to be part of our small team.

There is no physical construction work involved in this position, though occasional visits to active construction sites are possible. Occasional lifting/organing materials weighing 20lbs are less is also expected.

Specific experience with BuilderTrend or CoConstruct online project management software highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
