Jani-King International is seeking an Office Coordinator with a successful record of accomplishment in managing the day-to-day transactions of a regional sales office, to support the growth of our franchisees!

The Office Coordinator is responsible for the administrative and clerical responsibilities of the corporate regional office, conserves the Regional Director's time and promotes the company image by representing the regional office internally and externally. Acts as liaison between the Regional Director and others as needed. Oversees account management consistent of filing transactions, setting up new accounts, logging complaints, file maintenance, checking franchise reports and explaining them to the franchise owners when needed. Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress, problem solving; making adjustments as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience working as an Office Coordinator/Administrator
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting transactions
  • Knowledge of collections and invoicing
  • Strong customer service and follow up skills
  • Must have good working knowledge of MS Excel including: Pivot Tables, VLookup, AutoSum, Formulas, Excel Shortcut Keys, Data Sorting, Data Validation, Data Filters and Workbook.
  • Must have intermediate skill level in MS Word.
  • Desire to be a part of a winning team
  • AA or Bachelors degree preferred
