Job Description

The Office Clerk will perform general office tasks and assist various departments.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist and support various areas of the office.
  • Back up reception area and related tasks.
  • Greet and assist with visitors & contractors with signing-in, their badges, and reservations.
  • Process all mail and file as needed.
  • Verify receiving paper work.
  • All GLC employees are expected to perform any assignment or job task according to the stated safety policies and procedures.
  • All GLC employees are expected to produce our products in a manner that exceeds the quality and value expectation of our customers and consumers by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices, Policies and Procedures outlined in our Safe Quality Food Program.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

Required Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication skills with varied audiences and situations.
  • Ability to make decisions based on standard practices.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of arithmetic, spelling, grammar or general high school subject matter.
  • Emits helpful, and professional demeanor; develops relationships easily.
Preferred Education and Experience
  • 1 year of general office experience or more.
  • SAP experience.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work is mainly performed in an office setting, with some time spent in a manufacturing environment
