We are inspired to provide top-quality professional home cleaning services to communities across America.Job SummaryThe Office Assistant role is part time and helps manage the internal workings of the office. This role involves the use of technology and several different types of software. This role involves working with people, both our internal employees and also our customers. The role involves speaking on the phone. This role also involves several daily tasks such as washing and folding towels, restocking supplies as needed, and opening or closing the office. Responsibilities
  • Work with marketing to ensure consistent lead generation
  • Generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives
  • Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement
  • Meet pre-determined revenue goals through the activities of direct reports
  • Ensure correct usage of software and other sales applications
  • Train and ensure adherence to the sales process
  • Wash and fold laundry as needed
  • Train for Team Lead Position to assist when needed in the field. (This will require work outside of the office)
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree preferred but not required; business and marketing majors preferred
  • Strong people skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
  • Hardworking, persistent, and dependable
  • Positive and enthusiastic
