Job Description
We are currently seeking a full time Office Assistant . After 90-day review, our company offers Health Benefits, Paid Holidays, Vacation and 401K. Hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. We are looking for someone who is willing to get involved in all aspects of the business and help us grow. The amount of responsibility and personal growth is up to you.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as
- Invoicing multiple customers.
- Collections and following up with customers on past invoices.
- Assist with maintaining client databases; track accounts.
- Generate e-emails, spreadsheets, and forms.
- Database entry, record-keeping and filing.
- General office duties as needed/required.
- Assist with organization of procedures.
- Perform other office duties as assigned.
- Creating supplier and vendor bills in system.
- Manage permit process.
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages.
- Perform receptionist duties when needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a book keeper, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
- Experience with QuickBooks required.
- Working knowledge of office equipment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the aptitude to learn new software and systems.
- Ability to wear multiple hats as needed.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Experience with Permitting preferred.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
- Solid interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour
