RITE-A-Way Pest Control, Inc. is one of the leading pest control companies in the Tri State area. We are looking for a highly motivated, fast learning individual to help manage and support a fast paced office of an established, growing company.
RITE-A-WAY PEST Control is seeking an enthusiastic individual in Admin Assist experience. We are seeking an individual who is experienced and confident, who can learn procedures, software, pricing, coverage, appointment scheduling, etc. While assisting customers with identifying the problem they are experiencing and advising customers of our company's and state mandated regulations and procedures.
RITE-A-WAY Pest Control is looking for an individual that will excel in the assistance of managing a small office along with interacting with a team of pest control technicians.

HOURS:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be energetic, quick thinking & motivated. Must be able to work in a fast paced office.
Answer a high volume of incoming customer calls, identify problems through communication with customers.
Schedule and maintain daily itineraries for a team of 8-10 technicians.
Multitasking of phone work, payments, data entry, manage and delegate duties of office staff.
Maintain the organization of office's daily, weekly, monthly tasks and projects.
Update customer information via data entry in software system.
Prepare daily job orders.
Create and manage contract work and property management accounts.
Data Entry - Software - Pest Control Program, must have computer knowledge & experience and be capable of learning new software.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers.
Assist in managing and maintaining company and state mandated procedures and regulations.
Must be willing to learn and educate yourself with the information within the industry that is needed to provide customers with viable information.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Customer service/office management/admin assist experience .Excellent work ethics.
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional team player abilities with confidence to ensure the stability of the office and maintain a good office environment.
Experience and knowledge of Microsoft, Windows and Excel.
Extensive phone skills for customers calling for information, pricing and appointments.
Reliable, self-motivated person with willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.
Flexibility to work additional hours if needed.
Have the ability to work with demanding customers and problem solve in challenging situations.
Schedule and coordinate customer appointments on daily basis.
Position is for a person who enjoys a challenge and can manage multiple employees along with customers and daily tasks.
