The ideal candidate should be incredibly detailed, organized, assertive and be able to multi-task with excellent communication skills. The candidate should be able to follow directives, complete assignments quickly with a high degree of accuracy.
- Computer savvy
- Phone skills
- Filing skills
- Healthcare experience a plus
- Creating new folders for patients/organizing documents within them.
- Scanning and uploading documents into charts.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to be multitask
- Work on special projects assigned by CEO or Office Manager
- Other administrative duties to assist office staff.
- Preferably familiar with basic medical terminology .
- Bilingual Spanish
Must have high school diploma
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
