Responsibilities and Duties:

· Organizes and coordinates all of the agency’s ongoing functions of the office.

· Ensures that the required documentation is completed on a timely basis and in compliance with state and federal regulations.

· Plans with other agencies and develops methods of interagency work.

· Communicates with the client, client’s family, and/or other third-party payers as necessary to maintain good relations.

· Assists and supports inquiry and admission management

Experience Requirements:

· Six months to one year of clerical experience.

· Six months to one year of health-related experience.

· Demonstrated knowledge of appropriate skills for communicating with individuals of all ages, especially the geriatric population.

EDUCATION:

High School Degree or GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
