Job Description
Provide sales, dispatch and administrative support for the company, as part of the office sales/marketing team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer incoming calls, quote prices, receive orders for septic services.
  • Schedule services according to factors like truck capacities, distances to sites and septic pumping time lines.
  • Prepare, work orders, tasks, invoices and related documents to complete scheduled services. Maintain contact with drivers to expedite services.
  • Make outgoing marketing calls to existing and prospective customers.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:
  • Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel, QuickBooks, Google Calendar, Google Docs helpful
  • Ability to learn new computer systems quickly and efficiently
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to project a professional company image through both in-person and phone interaction.
