As the Office Administrator, you help support Worth’s expanding team to help implement best office practices, while ensuring our team continues to grow and succeed.
Job Summary:
- Provide administrative support to operations, client relations, creative, and people operations team members.
- Manage general office duties, facilities and misc. projects.
- Maintain an organized filing system of documents: filing, scanning, and copying for the team as needed.
- Support service team members with ad hoc projects, helping manage project timelines, expectations, and deliverables.
- Provide Administrative support and help throughout the organization as needed:
- Mail, filing systems, ordering office equipment/supplies
- Maintain client information lists
- Data Entry support
- Billing Support
- Scheduling and coordinate meetings/appointments and conference calls
- Recording Notes and meeting minutes as needed
- Crafting and sending out company-wide correspondence
- Update and maintain record keeping systems
- Preparation support for meetings
- Other additional office support duties needed to assist company in meeting goals

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Office Support and/or Administrative Assistant capacities.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint – supporting presentations as required.
- Attention to detail — you have an eagle eye for typos and errors.
- Problem solver — you enjoy a challenge.
- Desire to help empower small and medium-sized e-commerce companies
- Results-focused
- Ability to work in Portland, Oregon
