All-Tex Pipe and Supply, a division of the Hajoca Corporation, is searching for an Office Manager in our Fort Worth location. The Office Administrator will report directly to the General Manager of the Profit Center, but will also assist teammates in daily tasks. Are you organized and detail oriented? As the Office Administrator with ALL-TEX your specific duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Directly assist the General Manager with administrative duties which may include HR related duties, managing calendars, meeting and event arrangements, preparing reports and financial data, customer relations, and filing and organization assistance.
- Represent the Profit Center in a professional and ethical manner, in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Customer service is an absolute priority.
- Perform accurate and timely invoicing of all customer shipments daily. Inform Inventory Controller of all inventory on hand discrepancies noted on ship tickets.
- Identify and resolve all vendor invoice/purchase order discrepancies prior to the final invoice processing.
- Reconcile daily cash sale transaction payments, prepare the bank deposit, process checks for deposit, and prepare and submit required deposit paperwork.
- Create and maintain customer files
- Assist team members in servicing customers including answering incoming calls, faxing, filing and photocopying.

Required Skills
As an Office Administrator, you must be friendly, courteous and service oriented. Excellent verbal communication is a must as is the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
All interested applicants must possess the following:
- 1+ years in a customer service, accounts receivable, Inventory Management or accounts payable role
- Extremely trustworthy and self-reliant
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work projects and multi-task
- Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Our ideal candidate will also:
- College Degree Preferred
- Wholesale distribution experience
- Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and terms
- Basic computer literacy (use of mouse and keyboard, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Office)
- Possess the drive to assist team members with other tasks as required

Environmental Conditions
The incumbent is exposed to the following conditions in the job:
Warehouses with no climate control, potentially hazardous equipment (such as forklift trucks, mechanical lift gates, hand tools, manual material handling equipment, ladders, and rubber retention straps). The Profit Center may stock, sell and use hazardous materials – PVC pipe cement, pool chemicals, torch gas, propane gas, solvents, etc. You may be required to handle these materials.
