Job Description
Seeking part time/full time office administrator for street sweeping business located in downtown, Honolulu.
Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
- Communication with customers and vendors
- Filing and organization of office
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Creating invoices
- Receive and process payments
- Processes accounts payable transaction
- General office support
Qualifications and Skills:
- Computer software skills, including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Well organized and able to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Confidentiality
- Works independently and takes initiative
Compensation:
Starting at $24 per hour

Work schedule is Monday-Friday, hours can be discussed. Only open to current Hawaii residents.
