Job Summary

We are seeking an experience Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for treatment planning and implementation for homebound patients in the West Hartford, Simsbury and Avon areas.

Under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist, performs standardized assessments, aids in performing structured assessments, and assists in determining, revising and implementing the treatment plan in order to restore and remediate, and to maximize function in the areas of activities of daily living, leisure/recreation, and productivity/work. Addresses dysfunction in psychosocial skills, cognition, and sensorimotor components. Reports to Manager.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.
  • Associates degree required.
  • Current COTA in the state of CT
