MEDNAX is seeking an exceptional OB/GYN Hospitalist Medical Director as a team leader at our new practice Baptist Health in downtown Jacksonville. Our goal is to provide quality patient care and in-hospital coverage for obstetric and gynecologic emergencies, advance quality care, and enhance safety.
Directorship responsibilities will include:

• oversight of the practice
• close collaboration with hospital administration and our regional management team
• full time clinical participation
• leadership for a team of three additional full time OB/GYN Hospitalists (with part time/per diem assistance as needed)
• collaborate with our dedicated Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Anesthesiology, and Neonatology specialists
