Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Wound Care

Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Needed for Wound Care (Nursing Home and Rehab)

Seeking NP's and PA's to join our team. Providers will work in skilled nursing facilities and participate in weekly bedside wound rounds with nursing home staff, change dressings and perform medically necessary debridement, establish plan of care and work within facility protocols.

Required:

Previous experience in wound care
Professional license in the state
Must be able to pass all background checks
