Nurse Practitioner - Palliative Care

Rapidly expanding palliative care program is seeking Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The Nurse Practitioner will serve as an integral part of our Palliative team. Our goal is to improve the quality of life in the communities we serve by providing comprehensive chronic and palliative care to adults with a focus on progressive clinical management and goals of care interventions in a busy hospital setting. We are dedicated to living our mission of serving all regardless of diagnosis or financial resources and with a special commitment to the medically underserved.

Requirements:

Master's of Science in Nursing- MSN
Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited PA State Nursing Board approved Nurse Practitioner Program.
Licensed to practice in the state of PA; certified as a Nurse Practitioner.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hospice & Palliative Medicine
