Nurse Practitioner (Full-time)

SNF Wound Care is a group of providers (MD, DO, NP, PA) who service nursing homes for skin and wound care.

Now hiring a wound care specialist (we can train you but prefer experience) to service nursing homes weekly and provide basic skin and wound care service to residents at nursing homes.

Hours are around 7 AM - 2 PM, 4 - 5 days a week, on weekdays, NO WEEKENDS. On call hours for feeding tube replacement which happens every week or every 2 weeks on average.

You would meet with the nursing home treatment nurses and they will round with you on all patients and do the dressing changes, you would only write orders for creams.

Lots of autonomy letting providers perform on their own.

YOU MUST BE A LICENSED MEDICAL PROVIDER (MD, DO, NP, or PA) TO QUALIFY AND WILLING TO DRIVE TO DIFFERENT NURSING HOMES IN THE LOCAL AREA.

This is a full time position and requires driving to different locations within Los Angeles, Thousand Oaks and Long Beach and other areas.
