Job Description

Seeking a compassionate, energetic, and team-oriented Registered Nurse for our night Nurse Manager.

Starting wage at: $34.00/hour*
*Significant experience considered for additional wage add-ons.

This position is full-time (40 hours per week) night/NOC shift with alternating weekend

and holiday assignments and additional shifts available during vacations and/or leaves. Typical shift is 10:30
p.m. – 7 a.m.

Nurse Manager Job Duties:
As the Nurse Manager, responsibilities focus on promoting well-being through coordination of care of both individual

and organizational services on the night shift. These include but are not limited to:

  • Lead all aspects of the resident's care through directing and supervising LPN, Certified Nursing Assistant,
Nurse Technician, and Certified Medication Technician team members
  • Manage and oversee the facility as the NOC shift leader
  • Provide direct patient care through medication and treatment administration, observation, managing acute

changes in the resident's condition, and assisting other team members with cares

  • Understand and carry out technical oral and written instructions
  • Recognize significant changes in the condition of residents, thoroughly assess and document, and take

necessary action as indicated

  • Review physician orders and documents
  • Assist with the development, revision, and implementation of the resident plan of care

Required Skills: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse
  • Advanced knowledge of EMRs
  • Willingness to manage the NOC shift
  • Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of health care laws and regulations
