Locations:Required to travel to all locations - Andover, MA, Haverhill, MA, Lawrence, MA and Salem, NH

Office Nurse, is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management. Position reports to: Practice Manager for administrative tasks; the Office Nurse will receive supervision from the physicians and/or nurse practitioners for clinical tasks.

Duties and responsibilities will include: Triage patient phone calls to facilitate appropriate level of care, coordinate office visits, initiate diagnostic tests, review test results with patients at provider's request, obtains records of recent procedures and hospitalizations, completes prior authorizations for various insurance related topics. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. MA license required.
