Primary Responsibilities
In the role of North Texas Water Treatment Leader, we'll count on you to:
- Focus on delivery of water treatment related planning, process, and design projects
- Serve as Deputy PM on larger projects and PM on smaller projects at outset
- Coordinate project production teams.
- Delegate and mentor junior staff with respect to water treatment and drinking water
- Assist local drinking water market sector program lead with tracking opportunities and pursuits
- Provide support with proposal development related to drinking water pursuits
- Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance
- Conduct schematic, design development and contract document work sessions at project site in conjunction with all disciplines
- Coordinate workload through the entire project development and complete documents on schedule
- Work with the Water Business Group Director, Regional Controller and Area Manager for project reviews with corporate management as needed
- Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 10+ years related experience
- PE
- Hands-on CAD experience and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

- Master's degree in Engineering
