JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a talented, self-motivated Node.js Software Engineer who wants to work on innovative technology applications with immediate, tangible impacts on the company in an environment that will put their creativity and intellectual curiosity to the test. As a member of the Harmony platform team, the developer will work cooperatively with several other developers integral to the future growth and development of our organization by developing new features for our end to end insurance policy platform.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Passion for developing software solutions to real business problems
- Proficiency developing back end applications using node.js
- Experience using web frameworks (express.js, hapi)
- Experience using source control (git)
- Familiarity with the Agile Methodology and strong understanding of the SDLC
- Proficiency in writing meaningful tests
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
- Clear, concise oral and written communication skill
PREFERRED:
- Experience with MongoDB
- Experience with React.js
- Experience with Docker
EDUCATION & TRAINING:
- Computer science degree or related experience
- 3+ years of full stack development experience
