NOC Engineer – TS/SCI

Piper Companies is seeking a NOC Engineer – TS/SCI for a world leading technology organization. The NOC Engineer – TS/SCI will support at the network level in a cleared facility. The NOC Engineer – TS/SCI must hold an active security clearance and be okay obtaining a CI Poly in the future.

Responsibilities for the NOC Engineer – TS/SCI include:

• Support and troubleshoot of WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
• Escalate issues as needed
• Document troubleshooting procedures and train new technicians to work in the NOC
• Work in a rotating shift

Requirements for the NOC Engineer – TS/SCI include:

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance
• Previous experience working within a NOC environment
• Experience with monitoring and trouble ticketing systems
• Proficient in network connectivity, routers, firewalls, and basic security
• Network+ and/or CCNA preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  

Compensation of the NOC Engineer – TS/SCI: $50,000 - $120,000 plus comprehensive benefits. Compensation will be based on experience and if you qualify for Tier I, Tier II, or Tier III level.
