Here at Elizabethtown Healthcare and Rehab, our MedTechs and Personal Care Aides are at the front line of caring for our Personal Care Residents. Our facility holds a maximum of 39 amazing residents. We are looking for caring and dependable individuals to join our team.

Job Description:

• Provide Over the Top Care
• Work as a Team to Accomplish Resident Goals
• Communicate with the Personal Care Home Administrator
• Communicate with Resident's Family Members
• Pass Medications
• Transcribe Written Doctors Orders on MAR
• Fax Medication Refills to Pharmacy
• Document/Chart on Residents
• Assist Personal Care Aides as Needed
• Follow Facility Policies, DHS Regulations, and HIPAA Law

Schedule:

• Every Other Weekend
• Every Other Holiday

Skills Preferred:
