Dismantling, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembling of cooking equipment including broiler, fryers, hood filters, etc. Changing grease in fryers and cleaning floors, walls, ceiling, windows, etc. Observe and enforce safety and security procedures. Experience in the cleaning and maintenance of the building and equipment is desirable. Background check and Drug Screen required.
