TechFlow has an immediate opening for experienced System Architect to support a National Security Contract. The System Architect will be customer facing and onsite, providing oversight to manage performance, budget, schedule, operational security, and personnel meet and exceed customer expectations at the contract level. The System Architect will provide management of critical functional support for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and provide leadership in agile approaches and infusion of innovation. The System Architect will have project management experience at NGA and shall strive to provide continuous delivery of changes, enhancements and modernization of existing and new corporate business applications at the same time ensuring essential business applications, such as PeopleSoft, are operational and available to the workforce. Key Responsibilities:
- Single point of contact (POC) with the CBIS program office.
- Responsible for all activities to include performance, financial management, schedule compliance, personnel management, training, and security.
- Maintain regular communication with the CO, COR and Government Program Manager to keep them informed of relevant contractor related information especially significant risks and issues and the associated resolution plans and status.
- Ensure that any requirements that result in coordination and performance with other NGA contractors are conducted in an appropriate manner.
- Expected to provide strong technical and programmatic leadership.
- Management and technical direction of projects
- Enforcing work standards, task schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising technical personnel, recommending project hires and terminations, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinate personnel
- In-depth knowledge, principles, and methods of enterprise solution.
- Five years of experience working with PeopleSoft in a classified environment.
- Experience in developing strategic system architecture plans.
- Experience in system and network creation and development.
- Solid understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices.
- AWS Certified Solution Architect certification (Associate or Higher) and/or certified SAFe Agilist.
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Bachelor Degree in any field/major or 8 additional years of experience without a Bachelor degree in architectural system design.
