As an independently licensed contract, you will be providing counseling services for Lifeworks' Employee Assistance Program. Our counselors provide EAP and Gambling assessments, short-term counseling, crisis intervention and case management services to clients via in person, tele, or video.What You'll Need-

- Must be clinically licensed and able to practice without supervision
- Must have 3 or more years of post-graduate counseling experience
- Must have Professional Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 per claim and $3,000,000 per aggregate
- To accept or decline referrals within our contractual parameters.
- Conducting EAP counseling services via in person tele, or video.
- Entering clinical notes into database, billing, updating your provider profile when required in our provider hub.
- To notify LifeWorks immediately of any complaints, citations, or investigations that could result in the suspension, revocation, sanction, reprimand, limitation, qualification, or termination of your license/credentials.
- To act in a professional manner with our clients and the LifeWorks team.
- To comply with all LifeWorks policies, procedures, and guidelines outlined in this manual and in your contract.
