New Graduate RN Residency Summer 2022

This position is for candidates graduating in the Spring/Summer of 2022. We are offering up to $29,000 in hiring incentives when applicable.

Will graduate from an accredited nursing program - Registered nurse graduate; excited to begin your nursing career Summer of 2022. Manager video panel interviews will begin in February and will continue until all positions are hired.

Units Hiring for the Summer 2022 Cohort

Cardiac Telemetry

Our 32 bed unit treats patients with cardiac such as chest pain, open heart surgery, and recovery post stent/angiogram. Our patients receive continuous observation, monitoring and specialized care from an excellent team that works well together.

Medical Surgical

Our 18 bed Medical Surgical Inpatient Unit provides care for patients with diagnoses such as COPD, cellulitis, pneumonia, renal failure, wounds and DKA. We may also take post-surgical short stay patients.

Medical Oncology Palliative Care

Our 32 bed unit serves 80% medical patients,15% oncology and 5% hospice and/or palliative care patients. We have a beautiful unit which includes computers and vital signs machines in all patient rooms and decentralized nursing stations to keep you closer to your patients.

Neuro Surgical Trauma

Our 28-bed unit has a wide variety of diagnoses, including strokes, TBI, spinal cord injuries, Parkinson’s, MS, and aneurysm to name a few. We take most trauma cases, along with bariatric, GYN, urology and other surgical cases. We are Joint Commission Stroke Certified and have our Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation.

Observation

We are a 15 Bed Unit with patients having chest pain, CHF, abdominal pain, COPD, cellulitis, stroke, ETOH, etc. We take several medicated drips. We also take post-surgical short stay patients and cath lab patients.

Operating Room

We have 14 operating rooms with a hybrid room. RNs hired to OR will complete an AORN Perioperative course and rotate through specialty areas. Call is required in this area.

Ortho Medical Trauma

Our busy 45 bed unit with 18 beds dedicated to total joint replacement patients and 27 beds designated for general orthopedic, orthopedic trauma spine and M/S patients. This is a unit with a short length of stay performing over 1300 joint replacements and increasingly complex orthopedic trauma cases.

ED

ICU

We are a 24 bed Medical Surgical ICU and have Joint Commission and NIH Stroke Certifications. Each of our 300+ sq. ft. rooms boast a lift, a single boom and a dedicated family space.

Your experience.

We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

• ASN/ADN from an accredited program
• BSN from an accredited program required within 48 months of hire
• Current RN license to practice nursing in the state of Montana by the orientation date
• Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
