The INOSC (Intelligence Network Operations and Security Center) Contract Analyst for U.S. Army INSCOM at Fort Belvoir, VA, performs network monitoring, reporting, and analysis.

The first shift of the week begins at 2200 on Sunday and the last shift of the week ends at 0600 on Friday.

This position is contingent upon contract award and has a projected start date of 20 September 2021.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex network events within the INSCOM enterprise
  • Report findings and make recommendations to senior leadership
  • Develop plans of action to improve responsiveness and efficiency
  • Report IAW approved procedures
  • Use standardized reporting templates, SOPs, and TTPs
  • Ensure consistency of COP, log, and briefings
  • Create briefings
  • Update customer on enterprise status
  • Participate in shift change briefings
  • Assist in quality control and continuous improvement
  • Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by the INOSC Team Lead or Shift Lead

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma
  • At least one (1) year of related experience required.
  • Current TOP SECRET clearance w/ SCI eligibility (as recorded in JPAS)
  • Experience working with government/military VIPs
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
