What You'll Do: We are looking to bring on a Network Clinical Director that is hands on and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Network Clinical Director is a key member of the Healthy Living Network leadership team and reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and works closely with a Regional Director of Operations (RDO). In this role you will work directly with all agencies in the network and be responsible for stepping in as the interim leader at the agency level when necessary. This will allow you to implement a program to return the agency (agencies) to normal and acceptable operating levels of capacity, compliance, quality, staffing, billing, and financial standing. This role is network-wide and requires travel to agencies in all regions (multi state) for periods of time. The position This role is specifically responsible to:- Step-in as interim Executive Director or Director of Patient Care Services (ED/DPCS) and take on-site leadership of an agency, when a critical situation or event occurs.
- Provide essential clinical leadership and direction to an agency (or agencies) that require immediate corrective action, resources, and quality & productivity improvement.
- Provide all services at an interim Executive Director or Director of Patient Care Services (ED/DPCS) for the agency - see job description/duties for this position.
- Implement a program to return the agency (agencies) to normal and acceptable operating levels of capacity, compliance, quality, staffing, billing, and financial.
- Including recruiting and training an agency ED/DPCS if required.
- Nursing degree (RN).
- At least three years experience in clinical management, preferably in-home care management, and at least three year of supervisory experience in home-related programs.
- Demonstrates servant leadership qualities, and deal tactfully with the community
- Demonstrates an ability to supervise and direct personnel.
- Demonstrates good communications and public relations skills.
