Job Description
PICKUP is seeking an experienced National Enterprise Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing organization. The position will be based in our Plano, TX office and report to the President & CEO. The candidate will play a pivotal role in the acquisition of new corporate partners to help achieve our revenue and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities (including but is not limited to):

- New business development within the commercial and industrial vertical markets
- Pipeline qualification, development, tracking, reporting and forecasting.
- Develop trusted relationships with existing accounts that lead to upselling or cross-selling
- Assist in the creation of specific solutions custom to each enterprise client’s needs.
- Work with finance to ensure appropriate margins are maintained.
- Represent the Company at trade shows and other reputation-building opportunities.
- Assist in the building of appropriate processes, procedures and controls to ensure customer success.
- Work with field teams to maximize local, regional and national sales opportunities.
- 7-10+ years strategic solution selling experience at the F2000 enterprise level.
- Demonstrated ability to hunt for new-logo enterprise customers with strong desire to WIN.
- BS/BA (MBA a plus).
- Ability to manage customer lifecycle from inception through operational onboarding.
- Proficient in using personal technology and selling technology-enabled services.
- Experience selling solutions from a small company to a much larger one.
- Retail, Commercial/Industrial or other large goods experience preferred; other relevant verticals will be considered.
