Job Description
Further accelerate growth of Cync brand across group of Key Accounts. Build customer relationships at the buyer level and facilitate connectivity in other functional areas.

  • Manage eCommerce activation across product portfolio.
  • Lead business segment on needs of Smart Home Consumer.
  • Manage trade funds to maximize ROI.
  • Work with Sales Operations Manager and Demand Planning to ensure accurate sales forecasts.

  • The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long term relationships and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Develops high, deep and wide relationships with key decision makers and influencers within the accounts. Uses relationships to develop in-depth understanding of account’s business.
  • Growing profitable sales by managing and optimizing product mix through either current or expanded sets and cross merchandising opportunities.
  • Drive increased ecommerce growth. Understand, develop, report and meet with on-line merchant teams to effectively manage, communicate and develop future .com opportunities.
  • Identifies gaps for on-line space
  • Enhance Product Content
  • Develop bundling and cross merchandising programs
  • Provide team reporting highlighting all metric areas.
  • Work internally with Marketing to align digital messaging.
  • Use data to develop strategies that will lead to sales plan over achievement for the customer.
  • Analyze sales and POS regularly to manage life cycle of product, inventory models and selling rates.
  • Provides analytical reports to National Account Managers (NAM) and sales team encompassing retailer measuring metrics.
  • Participate in national, regional and supplier partnership meetings leveraging knowledge of market position
  • Conduct market analysis and evaluate competitor’s practices and market status.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 3 years plus experience and demonstrated track record of growth in Smart Home Space
  • 3 years plus Smart Home Consumer Products experience
  • 5 years plus Retail experience
  • Marketing, e-Commerce experience
