- Achieving overall and account specific budgeted service utilization
- Developing and maintaining close business relationships with clients
- Strategic planning, execution, and follow up of customized account initiatives
- Management of a high performing team
- Oversee quarterly and yearly client reports for all accounts
- Collaboration with other functional areas of the business including marketing, communication, operations, and sales
- Experience with a high growth company in the benefits or healthcare space, a commercial healthcare carrier or a benefits consulting/brokerage firm is preferred, but not required.
- Account management experience
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration preferred
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and filing cabinets.

The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
- This is a full-time position, and general hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.
- Travel is national as needed, approximately 30%, but may vary over time.
