We are seeking a passionate, self-driven sales person with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. As our newest insurance sales representative you will market and sell our insurance products to new customers. As a full-time Sales Representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.
This opportunity is unique. Our open sales role is also a path to agency ownership via our Protégé program. This program allows you to learn the insurance business from a top, seasoned, award-winning mentor agent. You will work and learn (for approximately 1 year) under this agent who will train you in sales, marketing, service and agency operations. If you have ever wanted to own your own business, this might be the opportunity of a lifetime for you. Only inquiries from individuals truly wanting to own and run their own insurance agency at the end of their 1-year tenure on the program will be considered.
Salary Range: $3000.00 - $6000.00 per month

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Develop new Financial Services opportunities.

- Proficiency to multi-task, follow up and follow through.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently or with a team.
- Property & Casualty license (may have or will need to obtain)
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Career-minded vision.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
- Bilingual. Fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial, but not required.
- Anyone with charges related to theft, violence, drugs within the past seven years or ANY past convictions concerning violation of the FCC rules will not be considered.
