EY's Technology Solutions Delivery practice assists our national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle enterprise level IT architecture initiatives. The practice provides skilled architects with experience in leading architectural practices, methods, and resources in enterprise applications and technology space. These resources design, architect, deliver and lead innovative initiatives which transform client legacy infrastructures into the dynamic digital environments. Your key responsibilities

This position will support EY’s Consulting Services providing enterprise integration services to our client project teams through agreed upon phases of the enterprise IT project. As a Senior MuleSoft Developer, you will have the opportunity to support our customer’s digital transformation journeys by implementing MuleSoft technology for Enterprise Integration & API Management needs.

To qualify for the role you must have

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing solutions for integration of on-premises and/or cloud systems using Mule ESB Anypoint platform including Anypoint Studio, Mule Runtime, Cloudhub, Connectors, Design Center and API management
• Experience in design, build and maintain integrations for multiple on-premises and/or cloud systems and capable of understanding business requirements and developing and deploying the integrations.
• Experience leading and motivating a team of MuleSoft developers
• Understanding of the architecture, capabilities and constraints of MuleSoft
• Experience and/or knowledge on administrative aspects of Anypoint Platform
• Experience in designing APIs using RAML/OpenAPI and configuring policies in API Manager
• Experience in RAML, Core Java, JMS, XML, Web API – SOAP/WSDL, REST/JSON
• Experience in using database programming including JDBC, and relational databases like SQL Server or Oracle
• Experience in leveraging DevOps tools for MuleSoft development life cycle (Jenkins, MUnit, ANT, Maven, Artifactory, GitHub/BitBucket, etc.)
• Experience integrating Enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, Oracle ERP with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills
• Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and providing strategic and tactical recommendations. Ability to communicate technical components with clarity
• The successful candidate must also be willing and able to travel 70-90% of a work schedule

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, or related field (MBA or MS degree preferred)
• One or more MuleSoft developer certification(s) are a plus
