Mowing/Landscape Technician (Entry Level)

FAMILY FOCUSED COMMERCIAL LANDSCAPING COMPANY IS SEEKING MOWING AND LANDSCAPING TECHNICIANS! (Entry Level)

**No experience is required, but professional experience will be compensated at a higher pay rate**

Pay rate is $13-$15/hour, based on experience/qualifications

Paid Training and up to $2.50/hour pay increase after 90 days!!

The Mowing/Maintenance Technician sustains the mission of the company, “Providing outdoor environments that enrich people’s lives” by creating a seamless customer experience for each of our clients. The Mowing Technician is adept at mowing and trimming commercial properties, and works well in a team environment. This position works year-round and reports to the Mowing Foreman.

Key Responsibilities of the Mowing/Maintenance Technician:

• Operate a zero-turn mower, trimmer, pruning shears, leaf blower and other industry equipment
• Weed maintenance and trimming
• Maintain commercial properties by performing to top industry standards, consistently and efficiently
• Load and unload machinery, power tools, and hand tools; hook up trailer
• Comply with the company’s safety policies and procedures
• Snow removal during winter months

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to push, pull, lift, or move up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to work outdoors in all elements

How Can I Make More Money???

• Valid driver’s license and insurability
• 3 months of commercial mowing or maintenance experience is a plus
• 3 months experience operating a zero turn mower is a plus
• Ability to operate a truck and trailer
• Up to $2.50/hour pay increase after 90 days
