Moves, Add, Changes (MAC) Project ManagerOn-site Boston, MA
Our MAC Project Manager will be responsible for managing all Move, Add, and Change activities for a client account, including furniture and space related tasks.
Be the main point of contact for Relocation Project Management (RPM) move and furniture requests for the client portfolio.
Perform all move management duties. Coordinate and supervise all clerical/administrative support function for move management team and client stakeholders.
Oversee warehouse operations and furniture inventory- performed by others.
Customer Service Specialist- corresponding with end users and admins to achieve and provide superior customer service and satisfaction.
Communicates regularly with client facilities team.
Support compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial management and operational policies and procedures.
Support work order management for in house staff and vendors as necessary.
Vendor Management for client portfolio.
Provide facility specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requested.
Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption.
Assist with managing, analyzing and reporting budget variances.
Create purchase orders and process invoices for payment.
Receipt and track all PO’s and invoices for RPM activities and Sites Maintenance and repair activities.
Prepare and review various reports for accuracy. Update databases.
Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.
Keep current with all required internal training, (safety, security, etc).
Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity in finding solutions for service delivery and overall client satisfaction.
Read and understand the applicable Service Level Agreements, helps achieve the Key Performance Indicators and scores favorably on the client satisfaction surveys.
MAC (RPM) Experience required.
Knowledge of Steelcase office furniture systems preferred.
Ability to work with multiple vendors and client contacts across various remote site locations throughout the country.
Experience with MS Office and CAFM systems required.
Ability to lift 25 lbs and assist with moving furniture.
Requirements:
5 years’ industry experience required in a corporate environment or as a third party service provider.
Knowledge of real estate, furniture, accounting and building systems helpful
Good organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills.
Must be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets and have capability of customizing administrative reports.
Demonstrated intermediate to advanced written communication skills (spelling, grammar and punctuation) and verbal communications skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Prioritize and manage the completion of projects in an efficient and timely manner.
Ability to quickly learn how to use any Company required software may be required.
