Mortgage Loan Closer

Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00/hr, depending on experience

The experience you need to succeed:

• One to six months similar or related experience.
• One-year loan experience preferred.
• Be highly organized, patient, self-motivated and able to prioritize numerous tasks with great attention to detail.
• Good decision-making skills.
• A High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D.

What you’ll do:

• Meet with members, review all loan documents and obtain appropriate signatures.
• Collect all relevant documents and information for loans.
• Audit loan documents for completeness.
• Prepare all documents for closing.
• Schedule closings with members.
• Order department supplies.
• Back up funding
• Back up secondary market sales
• Scanning
